To install Breakthrough Strategy, copy the .ex4 file to your MetaTrader 4 Experts folder (usually located at Program Files/MetaTrader 4/MQL4/Experts). Restart MT4, then attach the EA to your preferred currency pair chart. The EA works from one chart for all currency pairs, so you can attach it to any forex pair chart.
The Friday close trading strategy works at the close of trading on Friday, which became the main direction for this Expert Advisor. The system was developed to work with a large number of sets and after a certain time it showed itself well when working at the close of trading on Friday. However, you can create your own trading settings and choose any day of the week for trading.
Recommended settings include: Download the latest settings archive from developer blog #1, use M1 timeframe for backtesting (though the expert works on any timeframe), enable news filter by adding https://sslecal2.investing.com to WebRequest URLs, verify EA time autotune using blog #2, adjust lot calculation as described in blog #3, and review full parameter list in blog #4. After setup, you can send a screenshot for verification or check via remote desktop.
